Is Vegas Wrong About Cooper Rush? He Might Be Better Than Tua

But I’m not sure Vegas is correct. Cooper Rush might actually be better than Tua.
I’m not convinced this quarterback change makes Atlanta worse. The line movement says one thing, but I’m questioning whether the market has this one right.
