A.J. Brown Added to Injured Reserve, Will Miss at Least Four Games
A.J. Brown has been added to injured reserve and will miss at least four games, according to Adam Schefter.
This is a massive blow to the Patriots. New England’s offense did not look great against Seattle in the opener, and now they will be without their best wide receiver for at least four games.
There are a lot of questions about this team after Week 1. But keep some perspective: the Patriots also lost their opener last year against the Raiders. One bad start doesn’t decide a season.
Still, losing Brown makes the response to this opening loss considerably harder. The Patriots already needed to show more on offense. Now they have to do it without him.
